Eligibility
In the event that you received a defective or damaged item, please accept our apologies. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you wish to return or exchange it. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return or exchange. It is not acceptable to return damaged or worn items. For a successful return, all labels, packaging, and invoices must be retained. Items missing from the return may prevent it from being processed. Should your item not be in original condition or have missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on perishable products, such as flowers, plants, or personal items. After viewing or downloading digital products such as e-books or software, you cannot return or refund them. For each of these categories, you will be informed of any specific exceptions during the purchase process.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs are the user's responsibility in the event of a return. In the event that there is an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
